Step-by-Step: How to Download Your TikTok Data

  1. Click the button above to go to TikTok’s official data request page.

  2. Log into your TikTok account, if you’re not already logged in.

  3. If you’re redirected to a generic page or the login screen:
     🔁 Log in first, then return here and click the button again to land on the correct export page.

  4. Choose your preferred file format:

    • 📝 TXT – simple, human-readable

    • 🧩 JSON – structured, developer-friendly

  5. Click “Request Data”.

  6. Your request will show as “Pending” – TikTok will notify you when your archive is ready, usually within 1 to 3 days.

  7. Come back to the same page and go to the “Download Data” tab.

  8. Click Download to save the ZIP file to your device.

💡 Tip: Your archive may be large. Use WinZip to extract the file and pCloud to store your backup securely in the cloud.
