1. Click the button above to go to Facebook’s official download page.

2. Log into your Facebook account, if you aren’t already logged in.

3. If you’re redirected to the home page or login page:
    🔁 Log in first, then return here and click the button again to land in the right place.

4. On the Download Your Information page, choose your preferences:

   • 📄 Format: HTML (easiest to read) or JSON (for developers)

   • 📷 Media Quality: Low, Medium, or High

   • 🗓️ Date Range: All Time or a custom range

   • ✅ Data Types: Select what you want to include (posts, messages, photos, etc.)

5. Scroll down and click Create File.

6. Facebook will now prepare your archive. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a notification.

7. Go to the Available Files tab and click Download to get your ZIP file.

💡 Tip: These ZIP files can be several gigabytes.
We recommend using WinZip to extract them and pCloud to securely store your backup in the cloud.
